I’m going to preface this that yes I understand I made an order 10 minutes before closing but if you guys weren’t going to make the food, then just tell me, but do not lie to me about it. They said that the food will be ready by 1:05 to 1:09 AM. I got there at about 1:08 AM. I checked in and then later on the food said it will be ready by 1:21 AM. This is what it said on the order website not at allied food to go. Another worker from another restaurant in the building came up to set some food in the locker. I asked them was that for me and if he worked for lotus and lime, and he said no. He was with a different restaurant and he told me that lotus and the lime was already closed. I said yes I understand that but I still have this order. He said that is really weird. Defeated, I left and made the call to lotus and lime. Of course no one was there to answer because it is late and it is closed. They said to leave an email. I emailed them and told them the situation and they said that in the email the order was picked up at 12:27 AM and because it was picked up, they cannot issue a refund. This was the most filling, satisfying, healthy, and delicious salad I have ever had. I felt very good after eating this. I will be ordering again and again. Treat yourself too, your body will thank you!

50/50 chicken bowl is delicious! I added extra chicken and it was a very filling (saved half for later). Very fresh, loved all the veggies!
